Skills & Career Network Mechanism

Career Network Mechanism (CNM) program is our occupational and financial wellbeing program for vulnerable and less-privileged individuals. Through this program, we provide skill and unskilled supervisory career training opportunities for vulnerable young people – Teenagers and Young Adults (15 – 30 years old).

This program specifically applies a person-centered approach, to provide career training and support to young people. Participants in these programs are generally low income, vulnerable, orphaned, at-risk teenagers, and young adults. These individuals choose their area of interest and based on our resources we offer them the opportunity that may turn their interest into a career. Participants in this program are trained and guided toward gaining leadership skills for the purpose of training another participant. Other than meeting the occupational wellbeing objectives, participants are also offered the opportunity to develop their soft skills and have the capacity of transferring skills to others.

To advance the program we organize networking career events and intellectual seminars as an opportunity for our participants to meet community professionals in different occupational fields.

Funding helps participants gain a career that will help them improve their quality of life, becoming independent, and actualize self-productivity. Get Trained and Trained Others!
