The Community is all you’ve got most times! When it breaks or falls apart, there is a lot that just happens to affect you as an individual. Understanding this simple community operating system is one of the keys elements that would trigger everyone to be active and focus on growing and advancing a community. It always reminds you that You are a part of that community. A thriving community depends strongly on you and your passion to serve the community you belong in.

Your community could be related to your place of work i.e. a work-related community. In such a community people know each other, share ideas to improve each other work and relate to what each other do, to advance their work. when a well-functioning work community advances everyone’s knowledge and becomes open to shares ideas positively in a way that strength is maximized while weaknesses are made irrelevant.

Think about the community you live in. This is a little broader but the principle still applies – ‘You thrive, I thrive’.
