More Smiles, Less Stress! Minimizing Daily Stress Level
Stress is very deathly. We don’t want to deal with it for too long as it kills slowly, surely, and steadily. Unfortunately, there is statistical evidence that stress levels are generally increasing irrespective of the component or factor that is used to measure the different types of stress. Also, individuals are finding it difficult to maintain their strategies of minimizing or managing their stress levels. The outcomes of any type of stress that one experiences in life are negative as it somehow relates back to health in a negative way.
It is therefore important to constantly pay attention to the strategies used in minimizing stress and purposely pay attention to how effective these strategies are as well as developing ways to maintain or improve these strategies.
One of the best ways to minimize stress is by finding reasons around you that would make you SMILE. This is a cost-effective strategy. I know this may sound easy, yet it may be difficult. But if you look closely around you, and inside of you, there is always something that would make you have A GENIUNE SMILE. Each day of your life, even in the midst of DARK TIME OR OCCURANCES, that little thing which gave you a momentary 2-5 seconds of a smile is very relevant and should be upheld as a treasured time. IF you can’t find something that would spark up that momentary smile you need, why can’t you find something inside of you to spark up someone’s smile.
Making others to smile, in the way to interact will help you as well. Everyone has the lightening spot inside that needs to be ignited to make others smile and light up their day. You being part of someone else SMILE is a better way of relieving your stress. This is a strategy that should never be ignored. It is a great tool of minimizing daily stress.
